Iron Firmament – In The Land of Pre-Human Kings CD

Jewelcase CD Version. Limited to 300 copies. US folks, get your copy though Vermignosis. Into Endless Chaos Records and Vermignosis join forces to present the CD edition of “In the Land of Pre-Human Kings”, the third full-length by Washington’s Iron Firmament. It follows their self-titled debut and “Cascadian Tactics”, plus a string of EPs. The trio of CSZ, Artificer and Krieger mixes raw, tremolo-driven black metal with dark folk passages, 12-string guitar and icy ambient textures. Fierce warrior-caste riffing gives way to vast, star-gazing atmospheres, all built around the band’s own fantasy world of lost lands and ancient kings. It’s Cascadian black metal with real bite and a strong 90s spirit.
