Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.)

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which

• you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single shipment;
• you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, provided you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Into Endless Chaos Records, Tobias Praast-Engelmann, An der alten Mittelstrasse 2, 06686 Lützen, Germany, email: info@intoendlesschaos.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may also use my online withdrawal form to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to me without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of your withdrawal from this contract.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
